When is the RSVP deadline?

Thanks to everyone who responded by April 20th. We now have a base to work with in terms of booking the tents and making key catering decisions.

For those who weren’t able to confirm 100%, - thanks for letting us know. We appreciate that some life-juggling is required, especially for international travellers.

We’d love to have you there & will do our best to accommodate, so please keep us posted.

Can I bring a +1?

If your significant other is missing from the WhatsApp chat, please share the website link & RSVP with them so they can attend too. I want to keep the group limited to people I know.

Are children allowed?

Parents and non-parents have said they would be more comfortable without kids around so we’re asking you to come without your little ones and let your hair down. We recommend this babysitting service Baby Sisters.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately not. There are wild animals (deer & boars) on the land, so your pets will be safer at home. Please contact us if this is an issue.

Can I bring my own tent or sleep in my car?

No, but you can bring an RV or rent a bell tent. The venue partners with specialist tent companies so everything can be set up before guests arrive.

What size are the tents?

The two-person tent is 13m2 with a height of 1.9m. The four-person tent is 20m2 with a height of 3m.

What about toilets & showers?

The Quinta has toilets in each of the main buildings. People staying in tents & RVs will have access to the “Spa” - i.e. a series of toilets and showers (think gym changing rooms) located in The Barn - and we’re bringing in extra, upscale festival toilets & showers to keep everything moving smoothly.

What should I wear?

It’ll be hot during the day and can get chilly at night. Think fun & relaxed pool & beachwear plus something warm for the evenings. Bring comfy shoes for dancing & walking around the Quinta. We’ll give you plenty of warning if we decide on any special dress codes.

Can I bring food & drinks?

All your food & drink needs will be taken care of once you step inside the Quinta. If you have special dietary requirements or favourite drinks & snacks that you can’t live without, you are welcome to bring them along.
